Experiential Learning Component
Each intern is placed in a business department that aligns with their skills, interests, or future career path. Throughout the summer interns will get to learn about how their department impacts the larger business operation, develop specific department knowledge and skills, and gain hands-on experience through personal projects. Interns will be placed in one of the follow departments:
- Marketing
- Accounting
- Management Informations Systems
- Management
- Recruiting
- Culture and Care
- Training
- HR
- Leadership Development
- Executive Administration

- MPact Internship program dates: May 31st—July 29th
- Paid Internship
- Applications open November 1st
- Second round starts February 13th – 24th
- Intern Acceptance Announcements by March 3rd
